We, the undersigned, are calling for justice and stronger legal action against Meredith McSpirit, a repeat offender whose reckless actions have already claimed four lives and continue to endanger our community.

Meredith McSpirit was responsible for the vehicle crash that killed Adam Jeffrey McQueen, Dante Crump, Kaireem Meeks Jr., and Jonte Clark. Despite the devastation she caused, she has continued to engage in criminal activity, including the repeated sale of narcotics. Time and time again, she has been arrested, only to be released, allowing her to continue breaking the law with no real consequences.

Enough is enough. We demand that the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office take stronger action by:

 Pursuing full prosecution of Meredith McSpirit for her repeated offenses.

Seeking harsher sentencing to prevent her from causing further harm.

Ending the cycle of lenient plea deals and early release opportunities that allow her to continue her criminal behavior.

We believe in justice for Adam Jeffrey McQueen, Dante Crump, Kaireem Meeks Jr., and Jonte Clark—and for all those affected by crime in our community. It is time to hold Meredith McSpirit accountable before more lives are lost.
