The Issue
Colonial Pipeline has long been a cornerstone in our lives and careers, the culture having been built over several years and defined by an environment of trust, dedication and teamwork. It was a place where each individual, who played a part in keeping gas flowing, felt the importance of the pipeline on a personal level. Autonomy and empowerment were daily aspects of our roles, enabling us to hold each other accountable and stand up for one another during challenging times. A mutual camaraderie ran deep within us. That is, until January 2023.
Under Melanie Little's regime, the Company has deviated from its ethos, much to the disappointment of the workforce who cherished the atmosphere of mutual respect and integrity. The pipeline cannot run without its experienced workforce. We feel that Angie Kolar is the ideal candidate to replace Melanie Little as CEO of Colonial Pipeline.
During Melanie's tenure, the company and its employees have faced multiple challenges. It is time for new leadership to guide Colonial Pipeline back to its core values and renewed commitment to its employees. We strongly believe Angie Kolar is the right person for this job and we earnestly urge the board to make this critical change.
We love Colonial Pipeline and are invested in its future. We deserve leadership that respects and upholds the values that made this company a great place to work. We want Angie Kolar as CEO to restore our company to its glory. To support our cause, we kindly ask you to sign this petition.
