Many celebrities, politicians and business owners rise to the top and make easy money, not because of their talent but because they're born into fame and dynasty. This is when opportunities are handed into someone because of family ties. While it's easy for them to get jobs and supporters, the question is: Does this help or hurt the industry? Are we supporting the talents or the lucky ones?

We are doing this petition because we think it's unfair that people get jobs just because they know someone important. This happens a lot in politics, showbiz and jobs in the Philippines. It means people who are really good at something might not get a chance because someone else who's related to someone powerful gets the job instead. This affects the mind of business owners or managers and exclude other possibly more qualified individuals from being considered for employment.

By fighting against this, we can make sure that everyone has a fair chance and opportunity to succeed. Let us stand together for a fair value of talent and hard work. Say no to nepotism, and yes to a more fair society.
