We the undersigned request that no more data centers be approved for Douglas County.

There are many reasons.

Data centers level the land.  They destroy every tree on the property they build on.  More and more get approved for Douglas County every year, and more and more land is being taken away to use for data centers.

They use a massive amount of water unless they are using recyled wastewater.  They also use a large amount of electricity.

Only about 5-30 people are hired by each data center.  

We want quality companies coming to Douglas County, companies that will provide a service to citizens instead of just sit there, waste land, and make noise all day and night.  Yes, data centers make noise.  

We want quality growth...not data centers.
