We pay extra for ability to see all the NHL hockey games being played on any given day. However, we are not allowed to view games that are "in market" or shown on the Versus network. Blackout rules should not apply to us for the following reasons.

1. We are paying for the privelage to watch ALL the games

2. "In Market" games are not always so. Many of us live in states without NHL teams but are told we must watch the game on a local channel (which doesn't exist). The same goes for those of us living outside major urban centers.

3. Versus not only restricts content from cable and satelite providers, but blocks us from viewing the game online as well. We have the option of purchasing the web version of Center Ice, but it is redundant to pay twice for the same service.

We must end these unfair blackout practices. Sign this petition and write to the NHL and affiliates for change.
