NO MAST IN OUR PAST - Do not desecrate memorial land bequeathed to parishioners.

Samantha WeddellUckfield, United Kingdom

Sep 22, 2016
Framfield Memorial Recreation Ground was "Given by Mr. and Mrs. G.T. Easton of Thurston Hall for the benefit of all parishioners as a memorial to the fallen and a thank-offering to those who returned from service."
The tree that you see in the centre of the picture is an Ash tree planted in 1923 as a living memory to William Harland.
We NEED to preserve and protect this beautiful ground for future generations to enjoy and to remember those who lost their lives protecting our country.
If for any reason you feel that the proposed site (Framfield Memorial Recreation Ground) is the wrong place to site a MAST then please lodge you - www.planning.wealden.gov.uk - Planning application number: WD/2016/7502/T - before 5th October. Thank you.
