HELP IS NEEDED - MEN DON'T LAST FOREVER IN JAIL - MANY  SUCCUMB TO MENTAL HEALTH AND HEALTH ISSUES.

I have contacted Representative Marjorie Smith at 603-271-3529 regarding this UNJUST LAW and this is what we were told:

She was sympathetic and there's no way to change this law.  She says the burden is placed on the defense, not the prosecutor, for proving these kinds of charges without a shadow of a doubt.   IF EVERYONE GIVES HER A CALL REGARDING THIS LAW SHE WILL REALLY NEED TO DIG HER HEELS INTO TRYING TO AMEND THIS LAW SO INNOCENT MEN AREN'T SITTING IN JAIL BECAUSE NO EVIDENCE IS REQUIRED!

Please send me a message on what you receive for a response so I can continue with my plight of saving these men's lives.

I have also been in touch with the National Coalition For Men and spoke with the president Lori Bolt  who created False Accusations of Sexual Assault: Calling on our Women
