Fellow UPS Teamsters,

It's time to confront the harsh reality: the 2023-2028 UPS-Teamster contract was built on a foundation of lies and deception. Our leadership, entrusted with our well-being, chose to betray us for their own gain. We will not tolerate this betrayal any longer.

The recent revelations from UPS CEO Tomé only serve to confirm what many of us have suspected all along: our leadership's collusion with management is costing us our livelihoods. They knew the truth about automation but chose to sell us empty promises instead. We refuse to be pawns in their game any longer.

As the Independent Teamsters Organizing Committee (ITOC), we stand united against our so-called leadership. We will not rest until they are held accountable for their actions. We will fight tooth and nail to ensure that our voices are heard and our rights are protected.

The time for complacency is over. We will not sit idly by while our livelihoods are destroyed. We will rise up, together, and demand the respect and dignity that we deserve as UPS Teamsters.
