Estamos felices de contarles que la Declaración de Buenos Aires llegó a la prensa.
La Declaración de Buenos Aires sobre la Personalidad Jurídica de los Animales No Humanos es un documento trabajado en conjunto entre la ONG SINTIENTES y la Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, es un documento que exhorta a los poderes Legislativo, Ejecutivo y Judicial a que consideren a los animales como seres sintientes sujeto de derecho.
Este documento está alineado con las declaraciones internacionales de Cambridge y de Toulon, que sostienen según el rigor científico, que los animales son seres conscientes y merecen un estatus jurídico que refleje esta realidad.
Agradecemos a los medios que se hicieron eco de este hito histórico por los animales en América Latina, como Infobae, EcoNews en Español, El Diario Sur, El Editor Platense e Infocielo.

THE BUENOS AIRES DECLARATION IN THE PRESS!

We are very happy to share that the Buenos Aires Declaration has made it to the press.
The Buenos Aires Declaration on the Legal Personality of Non-Human Animals is a document created in collaboration between the NGO SINTIENTES and the National University of Lomas de Zamora. It is a document that urges the legislative, executive, and judicial branches to recognize animals as sentient beings subject to law.
This document is aligned with the international declarations of Cambridge and Toulon, which, based on scientific rigor, assert that animals are conscious beings and deserve a legal status that reflects this fact.
We thank the media outlets that have highlighted this historic milestone for animals in Latin America, such as Infobae, EcoNews en Español, El Diario Sur, El Editor Platense, and Infocielo.
