I, the undersigned resident of Taos County, oppose the proposed Green Hydrogen project in Questa, Taos, and Picuris. We ask the County of Taos, the Village of Questa, The Town of Taos, the Taos Pueblo, and the Picuris Pueblo to withdraw support from the Green Hydrogen project until full Environmental Analysis with public input to address serious issues of intensive water use, danger to the public, and safer more efficient options has been completed. 

We ask that this project be slowed down for proper county wide community input, and for a wider scope of water studies, and specific economic benefits that are worth risking our water. USDA allows a full NEPA process, and we ask that KCEC take the responsibility as a community owned cooperative to allow it and request the USDA to do it.
