To the Riverhead Town Board:

We are citizens of Riverhead, or admiring visitors, and urge that you

• Not compromise the Town Square vista and character by allowing construction of a five story hotel and condominium on its east side.
• Not approve J. Petrocelli as the Master Developer if he insists on purchase of town owned land for a hotel/condo.  
• Open competitive public bidding before determining if a developer is qualified and eligible.
• Not exercise the right of eminent domain to expel Craft'd from the vibrant community space it created at 127 East Main Street. Respect the existing business community by making Craft'd part of the Town Square, not a victim of it.
