Read the County report for this project and decide

This area is currently residential and tucked in between two schools and within minutes of multiple Urgent Care Centers and several Emergency Room/hospital choices. A hospital on the corner of 540A and Harrell's Nursery Rd. Would have an immensely negative impact on our area: 

• Increased traffic on an unsafe highway (540A) and on an old farming road barely wide enough for two vehicles (Harrells Nursery Rd). The back road, Peterson, just down the street is already impassable with two cars. Traffic is backed up on school days for 3/4 of a mile from the school, not including the side roads.
• Noise pollution from constant machinery/ traffic/trash bins, deliveries, patients/visitors and emergency vehicles, etc. This would be 24/7, would you want this next to you?
• A helipad...next to a school, so what do the teachers do during testing when a helicopter is landing/taking off. How do we as neighbors get any sleep or enjoyment from our homes never knowing when that deafening noise will happen?
• Water pressure drop. This has already happened just with housing, never mind what would happen with an industrial institution in the area
• Air pollution (we already have enough pollution blowing in from the gypsum stack/Mosaic Bartow plant)
• Unsafe conditions for the children going to/from school. There are MANY students who walk to school in this area.
• Noise from this hospital would negatively affect our children's ability to learn, Valleyview Elementary is literally NEXT to this site.
• Sirens from emergency vehicles 24/7
• Light pollution. Bright parking lot lights on all night. 
• Substantial drop in property values for all of us in the area. 
• There are a SIGNIFICANT number of Emergency Rooms and other medical facilities in the area, there is no lack there! They are being approved up and down S. Florida Ave all the time! Plus a new VA Clinic and Orlando Regional Hospital are coming in just a few minutes away by the Parkway. AND LRMC already owns 100 acres just down the road that they said they will develop as needed. Why put our KIDS at risk and ruin the close knit community of the Valleyview/GJHS area for this when there are SO many other places this could go and SO many other choices already?
