No Fathers Left Behind

The Issue

Every child deserves the love, protection, and guidance of both parents. But right now, in family courts across the country, too many good fathers are being silenced, erased, and pushed out of their children’s lives without cause.

We are launching the No Fathers Left Behind movement from Washington, D.C., to demand justice—not just for dads, but for the children who suffer when one parent is unfairly removed.

Too many fathers are:

• Denied equal custody without just cause

• Treated as secondary parents despite being active, devoted caregivers

• Targeted with false or exaggerated accusations used as weapons

• Ignored when reporting interference or abuse from the other parent

This injustice harms children. Removing a loving father damages their emotional development, safety, and trust.

We demand:

1. Family Court Reform — Transparent custody rulings and judicial accountability

2. Equal Parenting Rights — Make 50/50 shared custody the starting point

3. Accountability for False Allegations — Investigate and penalize knowingly false claims used to alienate fathers

This is about fairness, fatherhood, and family.

Personal Statement from Christopher Williams (Washington, D.C.):

“I’m a father from Washington, D.C., who has been fighting just to be present in my son’s life. I’ve faced court bias, false allegations, and constant interference. This petition isn’t just for me—it’s for every dad who’s being treated like a visitor instead of a parent. Our kids deserve better. No father should be left behind.”
