I was glad that an Executive Director of RBI helped and my complaint was attended on same day (24 June, 2022) by him which was forwarded to Department of Supervision (DoS).

Even DoS took swift action and provided UCO Bank with a timeline for response latest by 29 June, 2022.

Even after evidences produced show crystal clear that UCO Bank acted/provided services in deficiency in contravention, non-adherence, non-compliance and violations of RBI directions, UCO Bank's own policies, Banking regulations and other rules/regulations for the time being.

  • That is, UCO Bank did data breach and carried out unauthorized transaction in contributory fraud, negligence and deficiency.

 

Now:

1 - If any response was provided by UCO Bank within the timeline. What was it? Was it before the deadline? If yes, then, why not RBI DoS is passing an order/decision on my complaint even after I produced evidences? What's stopping RBI? 

2 - If UCO Bank did not provided any response by 29 June, 2022. Then, on account of non-response and non-furnishing of information sought within the stipulated timeline, RBI must pass an order/decision still.

 

Why RBI - Department of Supervision (Kolkata), SSM UCO Bank is/are not passing any decision for UCO Bank to make good and pay?

Why RBI is silent?

Is RBI encouraging and supporting such non-adherence and contraventions?

Because as per RBI GAM any complaint received from public, customer, etc. must be disposed of within 15 days.

 

I'm not asking for anything unusual/different. RBI had been punishing various REs/Banks for non-adherence, contravention, non-compliance, violation of directions issued by RBI, KYC, etc. and passing order/decision on every complaints received by RBI. 

All I want from RBI to pass an order/decision on the complaint for UCO Bank to make good and pay all the amount involved, loss, harm, damage and compensation, award etc. with respect to the act/deficiencies in services in non-compliance, contravention, non-adherence, violation of directions issued by RBI, etc. as already brought under RBI notice.

Because It's almost 9 months since the incidents and 1 month (30 days) since my complaint was attended by RBI.

 

 

Kindly, pass an order and decision immediately!!
