Today, I got confirmation that the complaint had reached to office-bearer: Shaktikanta Das - RBI Governor.

And, I was assured that there will a swift action on my complaint and I would be provided immediate resolution.

And, also I have again send a reminder to all the departments who were working on my complaint to help me out providing immediate resolution and pass an order/decision.
