There was no vote tonight. Quantm Group removed their original proposal and will file a new one for review. It's expected that the next meeting for the 2401 W. EMAUS Ave data center will be in September.
We learned a few tricks from our friends over in Whitehall. A little birdie in tonight's meeting captured some text messages from Quantm group for us.
"Was the opposition organized and do we think the buyer has staying power?"
"Still going. Not organized, yet. It sounds like he is very close with huge user who he said will come to next meeting"
