Thanks to everyone who came out to City Hall last night to voice their concerns over Bill 20. City Council tabled the vote until JUNE 17th. We are still pushing to pass a municipal curative amendment which would give us 180 days to strengthen Bill 20, as it does a TERRIBLE job protecting Allentown citizens from harmful data centers. If you'd like to read the current proposed Bill 20, click here

*************UPCOMING MEETING**************

TUESDAY JUNE 9th at 12:15PM @ CITY HALL - COUNCIL CHAMBERS- 435 HAMILTON ST

*This is when City Council will review the project between the developers and planning commission for the 2401 W Emaus Ave Data center. WE NEED YOU TO BE HERE! I'm serious when I say that the likelihood of this project not happening here DEPENDS ON US SHOWING UP!

They want and need to hear from how this Data center at 2401 W. Emaus Ave would impact you!
