URGENT UPDATE: August 7 Court Hearing is taken off the calendar

The August 7 court hearing regarding PHCPA’s CEQA lawsuit is no longer needed and has been taken off the calendar by the judge’s decision. The court has issued a tentative ruling on the demurrer, sustaining it with leave to amend.

In plain words, the court has directed us to refine specific details in our petition rather than dismissing the case. We are submitting an updated filing as permitted by the judge, and our CEQA lawsuit remains active and moving forward.
