Senator Dick Durbin for too long has taken for granted the people who voted for him. Despite his prominence in Senate leadership amongst the Democrats, his own feckless leadership and voting record has enabled violence and degradation of our laws and values. He consistently chooses political expedience over standing up for what is right.

His vote for Trump's and Elon's Continuing Resolution was the straw that broke the camel's back. It is clear he does not have the people of Illinois' interest at the heart of his actions. We, The People, no longer have confidence in his leadership nor ability to effectively represent us. 

I sign this as a Vote of No Confidence. We ask for his resignation from Democratic Senate Leadership and he not run for reelection for his seat in 2026.
