Since the installation of the new leadership at the Ministry of Agriculture, things have gone from bad to worse. This is true for both farmers and workers. Farmers are suffering economic losses and are left out of the decision-making process for things that directly impact them. Farmers are being villainized as their relationship with the Ministry continues to deteriorate. 

The morale of workers is at an all-time low as rampant victimization and toxicity permeate the Ministry of Agriculture and its Departments. The mismanagement of personnel and resources is of deep concern to workers.

The lack of experience by the current leadership has led to a high level of dysfunction both internally and externally.
