Shut down pet shop in Newark, NJ

Shut down pet shop in Newark, NJ
The Issue
Ironbound Pet Shop is located in Newark, New Jersey. This shop owner sells underage, sick, and pregnant animals. The animals are also improperly housed. I am creating this petition in hopes of finally being heard by the NJSPCA. I have reported this shop many times. I am always told that the owner's paperwork is in order and that everything appears to be clean and fine. Newark is ranked as one of the top ten most dangerous cities in America. I understand that there are "more important" things to deal with when it comes to Newark, such as murder, rape, robbery, assault, burglary, car theft, and dog fighting cases, which is why he keeps getting away with so much. If you read the shop's Google reviews, many people have the same complaints. The shop smells terrible. The "feeder" mice and rats are sick from living in their own feces, and they have even resorted to cannibalism. He frequently sells puppies and kittens who appear to be way too young. A couple of months ago, he was selling a husky puppy who seemed to have neurological problems. The other animals are in small tanks and cages, and too many of them are housed together. He kept male and female bunnies in one tank. A coworker felt sorry for one of the bunnies and purchased her, and she recently gave birth to 9 babies. (They are currently at Popcorn Park Zoo.) I have personally tried to nurse some of his sick animals back to life, and they have all ended up dying in my hands. Two of these animals were dyed chicks. When I made a complaint to the NJSPCA, I was told that the dye does not harm the chicks and I was once again brushed off. I had to remind them that it is illegal to dye or sell dyed chicks in the state of New Jersey. It's also cruel, but I guess that would take a little more convincing. A permit is also needed to sell farm animals, and I doubt this man has a permit. I was then told that they will investigate further.
The owner of this shop does not care about the animals, and he will do whatever it takes to make money. I have made several complaints in the past. And at this point, I am feeling pretty defeated. Watching him illegally sell dyed chicks to low income children was the final straw for me. This shop needs to be shut down.
