I'm from 2nd Year and writing this mail on behalf of my parents.

As per the recent mail from our respected Director sir regarding the conduction of exams and calling students on short notice in institute premises, I guess it's not with my parents but all the parents are concerned about the health of their wards as till now date they are not letting us to go outside for even 5 min work and travelling in train/buses/flights/auto to reach college made them scared.

As per as the recent covid statics, in India daily about 6000-7000 cases are increasing, no doubt the recovery rate is also increasing but however the permanent solution for covid-19 is yet to come and if any of Students while travelling got Infected (no doubts screening may be done at institute gate) but the symptoms may take 14 day to occur and in that while, if in hostels or in institute premises it got spread or any other thing happens during travelling.

These are things which are making the parents scared. I request you sir to please view the situation and I'm grateful and thankful to you for giving your time to read this mail.

We respect all the decisions that will be made by the institute taking care of the health of students from leaving home to reaching college. No doubt the institute will take care but all parents are worried about travelling.

I just wrote my parents' view in the mail. One more time thanks for giving yours time and I apologize if I wrote something wrong on behalf of my parents.
