NISSAN SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND EXTEND THE WARRANTY FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSIONS.

Around the web are several unattended complaints about the issues with the Nissan CVT transmission, all these customers are being ignored and keep paying for a car that is parked in the garage.

I own a Nissan Rogue for less than 5 years, the transmission is not working and Nissan denied help to fix the problem because I did not do the service in one of their dealerships when the federal law says "You don’t have to use the dealer for repairs or maintenance to keep your warranty in effect.
