We at F&B industry are the people most impacted directly by COVID19 situation in India. Our Team Members especially the staff members working for brands with multiple stores are all at risk to breakdown more by econimic condition than the Health Crisis. Survival or sustainence of their organisations is a question.

Their jobs are at risk and finding new job in current situation for at leat next 6 months is a point of discussion. All employers want to sustain their staff members as losing them may impact their businesses even bad but paying them in this situation from pockets is not possible for everyone.

Ours is a self funded brand with 10 stores and 30 plus Team Members excluding Management members and all of them highly depend on their salaries to pay rents. EMI's, buy grocery and everything else. The consilidated salaries for teams is quite high and we have had no sales in current month to be able to pay them. Since our Teams place high level of Trust on us and were trying hard to keep stores operarional till we forced them to close, we need help from our governments to ensure their lives are not impacted more by the situation and their salaries are taken care off

Kindly take immediate action by guiding the banks and financial institutions to stop EMIs for month of April as noone has the capacity to pay the EMI and their Cibils may be effected due to unavoidable circumstances. 

Requesting Support from government on immediate basis before week 1 of April so people dont go hand to mouth�
