Hello dear Nintendo and Mario fans. Let me tell you why Wiggler must be included in a future Mario Kart game. A Wiggler is a recurring enemy of the Mario franchise that first appeared in 1990 in Super Mario World for SNES. It ressembles a large yellow caterpillar with a flower on its head. At first it is calm, but it turns red and gets angry if jumped on. Wigglers reappear in other games, not only as enemies, but also as allies, as playable characters and even as bosses.

Although Wiggler more often appears as obstacle, cameo or boss in the Mario Kart series, its only playable appearance so far is in Mario Kart 7 for Nintendo 3DS in 2011, where it appears as a Cruiser unlockable character. It is one of the new characters in the game, the others being Metal Mario, Honey queen and a red-shelled Lakitu. It is unlocked by winning the Leaf Cup in 150cc. This character is very particular, because if it is being played as and gets hit by an item or an obstacle, it turns red and gets angry temporarily, though this doesn't affect gameplay.

Some fans liked the character because of that, but unfortunately, for unknown reasons, Wiggler doesn't reappear in Mario Kart 8, its remake and Mario Kart Tour. When the latter was announced, some fans started hoping there will Wiggler along with some other characters, but when the app was released on the 25th of September in 2019, not all characters were present. Some of them were added starting to some tours, but Wiggler has yet to be in the app.  When the Flower tour had been announced for the 6th of May in 2020, some fans really hoped or believed there will be Wiggler starting to this tour because the caterpillar really fit with it : it has a flower on its head and caterpillars eat plants, but it wasn't included, disappointing them. However, the Flower glider (all colors and the Daisy glider) and the Butterfly sunset are subtle hints that Wiggler will appear in the app, as well as a badge that represents its head.

To conclude, some of those arguments are why I think Wiggler should be included as a playable character in a Mario Kart game in the future.
