to remove kirby in smash switch

i don't like Kirby he is represented to much in the smash games and removing him will give a spot to more deserving characters like banjo and kazooie King K. Rool Ridley snake and much more if you sign. If Kirby appears in smash switch i will not buy it. so please help.
