It's always nice to know of these DLC Fighters before their arrival, that already had been with case with Smash 4's DLC Fighters. If there is indeed a New Direct this May, then maybe that'll be the time we find out who'll be next after Joker. When this 3rd DLC Fighter and the Next Batch of New Content for Ultimate arrives I'm guessing will be around the time of E3, and I predict that Ultimate's 4th DLC Fighter to arrive after the 3rd one will be announced in some way during the Presentation that Nintendo will have to offer at this Year's E3.
