Keep Mr. Game & Watch's Forward Smash In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Keep Mr. Game & Watch's Forward Smash In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
The Issue
An extremely vocal minority has complained that Mr. Game & Watch in the game Super Smash Bros. Ultimate sports a racist depiction of Native Americans in one of his moves. Nintendo has now stated that they are going to change this move for the international release.
Each of Mr. Game & Watch's moves are a creative and clever callback to the olden days of Nintendo with its old Game & Watch games from the 1980s. G&W's forward smash, the move in question, calls back to the game "Fire Attack" from 1982. The objective of the game is to protect a colonial fortification from a hostile tribe of bandits who aim to burn it down. In Smash Bros., the move turns the cartoonish silhouette of a man into one the sprites you see in the game and swings a burning torch at the opponent.
Removing this reference is removing Nintendo's history. I have talked to many fans about this situation, quite a few even being Native American, and quite the majority agree that this censorship is unjustified. Should Nintendo listen to the 1% who are unsatisfied by this cultural reference, or listen to their playerbase? By making this poll, I hope to help Nintendo rethink their decision and prioritize what their fans want.
