If you can't think of anything to say to the rep, just ask if Fatal Frame is eShop exclusive and express your concern with it being such. When calling, REMAIN POLITE! Raising your voice and/or cursing will only hinder us and they won't take us seriously. If you want to call more than once, call once a day, not more than that.
