The Nintendo Switch is a great new portable game console but it has a flaw. The game saves for the games you play are saved to your console and cannot be transferred to a new Switch, backed up or saved to the cloud. So, if your Switch has a technical issue or needs replacing you will lose all your save data. Goodbye the 100+ hours you put into Zelda. 

Nintendo need to release a patch urgently that will allow you to back up your game saves or save them to the cloud.
