Competitive smash bros is a fantastic thing, and for it to be at its fullest potential every character within the game must be balanced, Jigglypuff in her current state has been the worst character in the game, receiving little to no changes, for 2 years, the whole lifespan of the game. Jigglypuff being this bad has became such a problem that high level players such as one of the most influential smash brothers players "Hungrybox" to quit or hardly play the game. Please, this needs to happen.
