Miiverse for the Wii U and 3DS was a great idea by Nintendo. It allowed people to easily share screenshots of games, create posts about their favourite games and easily resolve issues by just asking people. It is a safe place under Nintendo's safety restrictions that people can chat about games they love and it feels like one big family.

Sadly they decided not to bring it to the switch witch is a disappointment to a lot of people and to add to this is that they are shutting down the Miiverse servers on both Wii U and 3DS. It's going to affect game community's on both systems as they will have to use social media instead which means leaving Nintendo's safe haven and going to an external site which can get annoying.
