Hi Guys

Thank you so much for all your support, been very busy gathering information to be able to share with you in the fullness of time. For now I need to let you know that it seems in general the NHS will let carers and PA’s attend the to patients within the hospital and some hospitals completely support and see the benefit of this.  Patients need to submit their care plan to health records at your admitting hospital. I personally am sending my care plan  in advance in case I become hospitalised. This can be done by email or post. I hope this is helpful and I will be back online soon with more information. 🙂
