The owners of Nikon D850 cameras were promised a firmware update which would enable the use of the faster CFexpress Memory card in the D850. This update would be backwards compatible, enabling the D850 to use the current XQD cards as well as the faster and more cost effective CFexpress Memory cards.

Nikon has as of yet to set a date for the release of this update. The D850 owners feel as though we have been misled and are being ignored.

We hope that Nikon will react to this petition in a positive way with an acknowledgement of the desired solution and at minimum providing us a timeframe for the update availability.
