On December 13, 2020 my fiancé and I had two packages that were marked as delivered by LaserShip that NEVER ARRIVED. The driver marked them as being left at our leasing office which was CLOSED (but we were home). Due to Covid-19 our leasing office no longer accepts packages and everything has been delivered to our doorstep (via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon) since March of 2020. LaserShip has left packages at the complex pool, clubhouse door, maintenance closet doors, and all over our complex. LaserShip has said that this is not their issue and that we need to call Nike for a refund. The two pair of shoes that were stolen were the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG J-Balvin & a pair of Nike Dunk High Varsity Maze, with resell value combined totaled over $1,000.00

LaserShip not only has a 1 out of 5 star rating, but they have a whopping 783 CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, with 428 complaints coming within the last 12 months!! Why does Nike continue to do business with such a terrible and dishonest company? Why should we all be affected negatively because Nike has chosen to go the cheaper route when it comes to shipping our shoes that we pay hundreds of dollars for? How is it that LaserShip employees can walk free after stealing what we paid for? Lets put an end to this dishonesty of LaserShip!!! Please sign my petition for Nike to end this partnership with LaserShip so that we can all go back to collecting our favorite sneakers without having to deal with the heartache of a shipping company stealing what we worked hard to pay for.
