Omegapro Action Nigeria Investors - OPANI - Petition Dubai Authorities

Background of Our Petition:

We, the undersigned investors of OmegaPro, collectively known as the OPANI CLASS OF OMEGAPRO INVESTORS, urgently call upon the Sheikh of Dubai and the entire Government of Dubai to initiate a comprehensive investigation into the activities of OmegaPro Forex Trading company that operated out of Dubai and their Co-Founders and top operatives, namely Andreas Szakacs; Dilawar Singh; Mike Simms; and Paulo Tyneman, who we believe currently reside in Dubai, and are running illegal Ponzi schemes to defraud people from all over the world, including Nigeria.

OmegaPro Forex Trading is a Dubai-based company that was registered and operated within your Dubai jurisdiction. Their world headquarters is based in Dubai, and over $100 billion of depositors' funds were remitted to them in Dubai via cryptocurrency and dollar transfers. This petition represents the voices of countless investors globally, including those of over 10,000 members of the OPANI CLASS ACTION from Nigeria who collectively have over N200 billion (part of an estimated $100 billion globally) invested in what has now been revealed as a very elaborate Ponzi scheme.

Omegapro, owned by Dubai-based residents Andreas Szakacs, Mike Simms, and Dilawar Singh, Paulo Tyneman etc were introduced into Nigeria, and other Nigerians in Diaspora members

The company and its Dubai resident owners were presented to Nigerians by these trusted people as a legitimate Forex Trading company. To further allay the fears of many skeptical members of the public, these owners of Omegapro and their agents in Nigeria presented credible respected international figures like Les Brown, Eric Worre, Eric Thomas etc., as respected professionals as trainers and people who have endorsed their company to further give impression of credibility and deceive the public.

They also paraded world-class celebrities and footballers, including Ronaldinho, JJ Okocha, Vinicius, and many others, as their ambassadors.

To further seal the deal of credibility, they also showed pictures of several Dubai princes and even videos of the Sheikh himself attending their Omegapro events in Dubai as part of the elaborate strategy to sell the Dubai-based Omegapro Forex Business as a legitimate business.

Over the course of about 3 years, thousands of people in over seventy countries, plus over 10,000 Nigerians of the Opani Class, invested in this Omegapro forex trading company with the expectation of profits from their trading activities. Unfortunately, after 3 years, these Dubai-based Omegapro owners and their agents all over the world have disappeared with over $100 Billion of investors’ money, of which about N200 Billion was taken from Nigerians and members of the Opani class of Omegapro Investors.

Key Points of Our Petition to the Government and Sheikh of Dubai:

1. We Petition For An Investigation of Omegapro’s Activities: OmegaPro Forex trading company founder and owner, Paulo Tuynman, Co-Founder & Vice President, Andreas Szakacs, Co-Founder, Dilawar Singh, Co-Founder, who resided and operated out of Dubai for over 3 years, took in an estimated $100 Billion dollars from investors all over the world, including over N200 Billion of that from Nigerian investors and have disappeared into the deep recesses of Dubai leaving investors which include Widows, Retirees and hard-working business people in tears, broken and some even suicidal..

The company had presented itself as a legitimate Forex trading company, but after 3 years of collecting investors' funds, it suddenly disappeared with investors' funds and closed its offices. They have refused to release investors' funds and failed to give any account of what happened. Our information is that the owners are all still living in Dubai's jurisdiction. We have made several attempts over the last 12 months to find them and get them to account for our money without any success

We hereby request a thorough investigation into Omegapro’s operations in Dubai and the illegal activities of its founders and top operators and agents. We believe It is critical to understand how such a large-scale Ponzi scheme was allowed to operate and flourish under the guise of a legitimate business, right under the watch of Dubai security agencies.

2. Accountability of the Owners: We urge the government to hold the main owners of OmegaPro accountable, especially the ones that are still living under the authority of Dubai like Andreas Szakacs, Dilawar Singh, Mike Simms and Paulo Tuynman. These individuals, who we believe still reside in Dubai, have played central roles in orchestrating this scheme, leading to significant financial losses for investors worldwide.

3. Investigation Into The Possibility Of Complicity by some members of the Dubai Government in the Omegapro scam: The petition also seeks to identify any members of the ruling government who may have had complicity in the scam. We were misled into investing in the Omegapro project, which has now turned out to be a Ponzi scheme partly because we saw pictures and videos of highly respected Dubai Princes attending their events and endorsing them publicly as a reputable organization.

We believe while many of the royal princes and government officials may have been deceived, there may be some members of the government who knowingly aided and abetted the Omegapro Owners and their agents to perpetrate this huge scam on the world. We most humbly petition the Sheikh and the Dubai government. It is crucial to uncover any ties or support that may have enabled the fraudulent activities of OmegaPro.

4. Petition To Consider The Impact on Dubai’s Investment Reputation: Dubai is renowned as a global destination for investment, known for its business-friendly environment and robust financial regulations. The unchecked operation of a Ponzi scheme like OmegaPro risks tarnishing this reputation. It is in the best interest of Dubai’s standing as a premier investment hub to address and rectify this situation decisively. That is another reason we are imploring the Dubai Government to speedily investigate the activities of Omegapro trading company, their owners, and their agents, especially those with ties to Dubai.

5. Demand for Justice and Redress: As victims of this scheme, we demand justice and redress for the financial and emotional harm caused. We seek assurance that measures will be taken to prevent such fraudulent activities from occurring in the future.

Closing Statement:

This petition is not just a call for investigation and accountability into Omegapro co-owners and principal operators such as Andreas Szakacs; Dilawar Singh, Mike Simms, and Paulo Tuynman, but also a plea for the government of Dubai to help us uphold the integrity of financial activities within Dubai. It is imperative for the government to take swift and decisive action. Doing so will not only serve justice to the countless victims of this scheme but will also reinforce Dubai's commitment to being a safe and trustworthy environment for investors worldwide.

By signing this petition, we unite in our call for action and justice. We trust that the Government of Dubai will respond to our plea with the seriousness it warrants and take all necessary steps to address this critical issue.
