We humbly state that Motorcycle Education Training and Licensing (METAL) Darwin has been closed (November 2016) by the Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR), with no public consultation and little advertising.

We respectfully attest that the closing of METAL leaves an inadequate number of private providers to deliver rider training and testing.

Your petitioners humbly pray that the Northern Territory Government restore Motorcycle Education Training and Licensing (METAL) to save the lives of motorcyclists in the NT.
