A YouTuber Markus Meechan (Count Dankula) could face year in jail for Nazi dog sarcasm video if he's found guilty of a hate crime. Markus Meechan said he fears the judge will try to make an example of him because of the amount of attention the case drew from the British press. His trial will have no jury and his sentencing is entirely up to the judge’s discretion (from heatst.com)
