Peabody, a large social landlord, has for decades been breaking the law by illegally disclosing the details of their tenants without consent. When confronted with their misdeeds, they simply lie and deny what they have done. Try, as a TENANT, getting the name or contact details of a member of Peabody staff and they REFUSE, giving such excuses as "it is confidential", or they "don't have to". What are Peabody hiding? It is high time Peabody are brought to account and made to behave legally. Are their contractors like T.Brown complicit in this activity? You may well think so but I couldn't possibly comment! These people seem to think that everybody lives free of charge-you ALL pay rent and or service charges yet the clowns from Peabody contractors turn up at your property for the annual service check or repair and think THEY can boss you about in YOUR OWN HOME! THEY should remember that YOU all pay their wages, and that includes Peabody staff. The fact that their contract is with Peabody is largely IRRELEVANT-the annual gas check is INCLUDED in your rent/service charges. Peabody complaints procedure is WORTHLESS and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! They simply ignore complaints. STAND UP for your rights by STANDING UPTO these thugs!
