In the summer of 2001 The Phred on Your Head Show\Url With Phred had a pilot called "Cecile and her Very Own Universe." which aired on the Nickelodeon owned channel Noggin. This petition is directed at Nickelodeon for the pilot to be re released so it is no longer lost media.

We are trying to reach out to Nickelodeon for the release of the short as the production company, Fablevision, does not own the rights to the short as they belong to Nickelodeon since it aired on Noggin.

Nickelodeon has helped with lost media in the past, such as re airing Cry Baby Lane which was heavily sought after, allowing for a more high quality recording than the one from the original air date. 

Nickelodeon also re released the lost Astrology with Squidward shorts and helped with that lost media search as well.

We are hoping Nickelodeon can help out again and re release the pilot of Cecile and Her Very Own Universe.

We are also hoping to give Cecile and Her Very Own Universe more love like what is done with other Nicktoons and shorts, including merchandising, streaming of the short, and other promotional materials. We also want it to be added to The Noggin app and used in Noggin marketing and merchandising (Such inclusion in games and Noggin original programming)
