PLEASE release Nickelodeon Kart Racers on PC
The Issue
Dear Nickelodeon and GameMill Entertainment. My name is Saul T. Peacock, and I am a longtime Nicktoons fan. I want to first express my gratitude for you making a childhood dream of mine come true, however, only superficially. Over the years, I've grown increasingly disillusioned with console gaming, and have been a proud member of the PC Gaming Master Race for well over a decade. I've also noticed that We, the venerable PC Gaming Master Race, have been given the cold shoulder when it comes to Nicktoons games since time immemorial. I have created this petition as a means to change Nickelodeon's and GameMill Entertainment's opinions on the platform, and most importantly, to prove that there is indeed a market on PC that they're missing out on.
In the past decade, PC Gaming has grown significantly, despite years upon years of publishers believing that "PC Gaming is dead". It has grown so much so, that PC is one of the most profitable platforms by revenue, even beating out consoles.

This shift in marketshare has even resulted in Japanese games, which historically avoided the platform, to start seeing PC versions sooner and sooner. With modern consoles (with the exception of the Switch) using the same x86 architecture as PCs, porting to PC should be a trivial manner, and the profits will easily make back the porting costs. I have also compiled reasons why you should release the game on PC, or at least consider it. They include but are not limited to:
1. The PC userbase is far larger than any console, larger than all consoles combined. Steam alone has over 125 million registered users, while consoles have 136 million users - across three different platforms. Thus, releasing the game on PC will effectively double your sales.
2. Since PCs are so ubiquitous, this also means that anyone with a computer is able to buy your game, and maybe even run it at an acceptable state. While computers may not be as widespread as they once were, they're still very popular, and in many poorer countries, consoles are too expensive to buy, leaving PC as their only viable option.
3. Licensing contracts notwithstanding, any given PC game can be sold on Steam or any such vendor for as long as a publisher desires, which could very well be until the end of time. This ties well with the previous point due to how the nature of PCs themselves; people could buy your game on launch, they could buy it years later, they could buy it even a decade later if they so desire.
4. Steam sales. One of the most attractive points for PC Gamers are Steam sales, which help sell games that normally wouldn't sell. Steam Sales have been responsible for a huge chunk of revenue for developer, despite the games being sold at a somewhat significant discount. For those rough months, a Steam sale would be like a gift from the heavens:

Hopefully my points have convinced you to at least consider the possibility of releasing games on PC; you really don't seem to risk much by taking this move, while you are risking losing out on a huge market by focusing only on consoles. Thank you for reading, and I hope to see this game launch on Steam on October 23rd.
