Monkey quest was a game full of adventure and thrill. Players were able to travel around in a virtual world where you could meet friends, battle monsters, buy new armor, complete quests, and discover new lands. Unlike most, this game had an actual story-line. But on September 26, 2014, Monkey Quest was shut down. Nickelodeon believed that they should be more focused on developing other digital and mobile experiences. I believe that it was unnecessary to shut down the game for this reason. Instead of making this game unplayable to the public, couldn't they have just stopped updating it? If so, they could have still been focused on their more recent developments, and all of the people that enjoyed this game could keep playing it. When I was younger, Monkey Quest was my absolute favorite game! Every night after school, I would hop on my computer and play it. But one day when I came home, it was just completely gone! I looked everywhere on the internet, but I couldn't find the login menu. Seven years later  (since 2011) I still have hope that one day this game will come back to us. With enough support, I presume that one day we can all make it possible to bring back this amazing game.
