FYI Please can the decision to rollout the mandatory slim bins in the Bolton area be reversed. Bolton residents are very concerned that this will have a detrimental affect to all neighbourhood areas.At the moment the current situation of 2 weekly bin collection with the big grey bins is keeping a lid on any fly tipping issues. The following will happen if this unpopular decision is continued:- Fly tipping issues Pest infestation Cost council more money Residents wont be encouraged to recycle
