A foreign exchange student, Nick who transferred to Arrowhead this year was recently involved with a plagiarism allegation. He incorrectly cited his sources without intentionally trying to copy someone else's work. Since he is from Switzerland and there are different publication rules there, he mistakenly plagiarized. Due to this, he is being deported and sent back to Switzerland 4 months early. This is unfair since the whole reason he came to America was to learn the system we have and how he can differ his knowledge by being taught here. His mistake is justified and will be on even better behavior the next few months.
