Since the release of Pokemon Go players have experienced the following issues without any updates from Niantic:

1. Server crashes due to high traffic from the release of the game in other countries.
2. There is NO form of tracking as advertised making the game extremely unsafe to play when trying to find pokemon.  
3. Niantic Labs remains unresponsive when players ask for updates to the problems in the game.

Due to all these problems players are unable to enjoy the game and feel they are wasting their money due to the game being unstable. What is more frustrating is the complete and total lack of customer service with Niantic.

We ask that Niantic and Nintendo do the following:

• Implement some form of tracking for the safety of the players
• Reach out to IT staffing companies to help fill the positions on the Niantic career website.
• Hire a customer support staff to address issues with Pokemon Go and keep the players updated about the progress made to resolve the issues. 
• Give current Players the following as a thank you for their support:
        50 pokeballs
        40 pokecoins
        Free backpack space upgrade
        2 10k eggs
        2 Lucky eggs
        2 lures
        2 incense
