Many cities around the world have no Ex Gyms. For the player in these Area, Mewtwo in a dream, impossible to achieve, while players that have Ex Gym in their town have up to 15 Mewtwo.

A the moment, wheter a gym gives Ex pass or not is based on the Open Street Map tags of summer 2016. Many areas were not mapped in that period. It would be enough to use a more recent version of the map to have a bigger number of ex gyms.

Furthermore, the actual in-game map is misleading and player don't know if a Gym is eligible or not. 

It would be easy to bring all players on the same level: update the map (increasing the number of Ex Gyms, mostly in area without them) and visually highlight the Ex Gyms. An algorythm that makes sure that every area has an Ex Gym would be an insurance for all players.

Molte città in tutto il mondo non dispongono di Palestre Ex. Per i giocatori in quelle zone, Mewtwo è un sogno impossibile da realizzare, mentre i giocatori che hanno una Palestra Ex nelle vicinanze, hanno fino a 15 Mewtwo

Attualmente, che una palestra rilasci Pass Ex o meno, dipende dai Tag di Open Street Map dell'estate 2016. In quel periodo, molte zone non erano mappate. Sarebbe sufficiente usare una versione più recente della mappa per incrementare il numero delle Palestre Ex

Inoltre, l'attuale mappa in gioco è ingannevole ed i giocatori non possono sapere se una Palestra rilascia i pass Ex o meno

Sarebbe semplice portare tutti i giocatori sullo stesso piano:aggiornare la mappa (incrementando il numero di Palestre Ex, specialmente nelle zone sprovviste) ed evidenziando visivamente le Palestre Ex. Un algoritmo che faccia si che ogni area ha una palestra ex, sarebbe un'assicurazione per tutti i giocatori
