Fire NHL referee Kevin Pollock as a result of his no-goal call in Game 6 of the SCF

We, the fans of the Nashville Predators, and fair hockey itself, call for the removal of referee Kevin Pollock, and if found to be responsible for a costly no-goal call, his colleagues on the ice and in Toronto. As fans, we believe that Kevin Pollock is no longer able to dutifully perform his task as a fair and unbiased official on the ice. His  call on Colton Sissons and the Nashville Predators was not only unfair, but almost appeared rushed and planned. We are not accusing him of fixing the game, however it seems as if he rushed to call the play dead on a seemingly normal rebound. These types of calls likely happen often in the NHL, but if the players are held to a higher standard and work ethic, why are the refs not? Referees should be held to the highest standard possible in the playoffs, let alone the possibly clinching Stanley Cup Final game. We believe that there should have been a video review on the play. According to Rule 38 of the NHL Handbook, "The video review process shall be permitted to assist the referees in determining the legitimacy of all potential goals... This would also include situations whereby the Referee stops play or is in the process of stopping the play because he has lost sight of the puck and it is subsequently determined that the puck crosses the goal line and enters the net as a culmination of a continuous play where the result was unaffected by the whistle..." Basically, that text states that in that situation, a video review was feasible. We as fans want answers. We want answers as to why there were not more steps taken to decide whether the play was affected by the quick whistle. We as hockey fans believe it was not. We ask for the termination of Kevin Pollock as a referee and employee of the National Hockey League. Thank You.
