For years, the Jacksonville Jaguars of the NFL have lacked an identity.  This is largely due to their Competition with other teams, their inability to draft franchise players (although that is set to turn in this month's NFL draft), and being a small-market team. However, I believe It is because of their IMAGE.

This is a Petition for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL) to change their team name--and thus team logo--to the Florida Floppas.

For those who might be confused: A "floppa" is not actually a lewd or perverse thing, it is a viral term for a Caracal cat.  Because both Jaguars and Caracals are members of the feline family, I don't suppose the logo would have to go through some dramatic changes. Attached is a photo of a "Floppa" animal.

 And to those who are not familiar with American geography, Jacksonville IS in Florida; Personally, I believe "Florida Floppas" sounds better than "Jacksonville Floppas."

Emphasis that this is just to change their NAME and LOGO.  The team can still play in Jacksonville, Florida, in TIAA bank field, and still in the AFC South division.  Their records, players, staff, personnel, drafting, location, etc are NOT part of this petition and this petition is not meant to affect those aspects of the organization in any way.

To sum up, this petition is meant to change their image from one cool, fierce-looking feline animal to an even cooler, floppier, more swagger feline animal.
