The National Football League and NBC should absolutely not allow Justin Timberlake to perform in the upcoming 2018 Super Bowl Halftime show in any capacity.  During the 2004 Super Bowl Halftime performance, Timberlake proceeded to rip off a piece of Janet Jackson's outfit, revealing her breast to the world for a fraction of a second. Thus, ensuing national outrage that provided for one-sided backlash.

As of 2014 the NFL has stated Jackson is banned from performing...but why not Timberlake?

Timberlake has been announced to perform so we should all keep in mind his equal role and heavy hand in the infamous stunt.

Hypothetically, had this been 50 Cent grabbing a piece of Britney Spears' costume exposing her privates the backlash would have been on 50 Cent. 

It's hypocritical of the NFL to allow Timberlake to perform at this show while banning Jackson. Timberlake should be banned as well.  It's time to give a damn let's work together, come on!
