The Houston Equal Rights Ordinance is to be on the ballot in November of 2015.  Houston voters in this November's municipal elections will be able to vote 'for' or 'against'.  If the city's electorate votes down the ordinance, then the National Football League and Commissioner Roger Goodell should move the 2017 Super Bowl out of Houston, and to another city.
